BRECOflex Profiled Belts (ATN Convertible System)

ATN is the most advanced flexible timing belt system when it comes to flexibility and convenience of using a timing belt. The ATN polyurethane timing belts have prepared cavities in the tooth so the customers can mechanically attach profiles to the belt by using special screws and inserts. This system adds an unknown flexibility to any conveyor since it allows for profile adjustments and use of the same belt for different conveying products by simply changing the profile or profile spacing. It is perfect for prototyping as well as serial production. In addition to the possibility to weld this belt, it comes with the option of a connecting kit which can mechanically connect the belt ends to form a closed belt loop.
